Beautiful venue, unbeatable location not far from the river and centre or town, enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely, moreover tidy with king size bed. Had such facilities, like a work desk, multi-channel TV, and a seating area. The vibe here was family!

The property was newly remodelled. I was upgraded to immaculately clean superior family room with king size bed. I got essential facilities, like a minibar, central heating, and an iron. The atmosphere created was quiet.

The bathroom was a standout, with a large size and a luxurious shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring high-quality local products and a delicious selection. The location was convenient, with easy access from the highway and a short walk to the city center. a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

Right place for 1 night. The breakfast with local products. Perfect setting, just next door to the river, the trains and centre or town. Also, on cycle path. Honestly no reason to complain.

The hotel is situated near train tracks, which can be a bit noisy at times. It would be helpful to have double glazing or soundproofing to minimize the disturbance.

We had a delightful stay at Avou Nozotes Bed & Breakfast. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the river and city. It was easy to find using our sat nav, and parking was safe in the driveway. The homemade jams and yogurt at breakfast were delicious. We highly recommend phoning ahead for an evening meal reservation at the "Claire de Lune" brasserie, which was excellent. Despite being near train tracks, we were not disturbed during our stay.

Everything exceeded our expectations! 👍

As a frequent traveler, I often look for accommodations that are easily accessible from the nearest airport, and I was pleased to find that Avou Nozotes was just 29 km away. This proximity made my journey to and from the hotel a breeze, saving me valuable time and effort. the bed and breakfast offered a comfortable and pleasant stay. The amenities provided were sufficient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, making my overall experience welcoming and enjoyable.

One minor drawback that I encountered during my stay at Avou Nozotes was the noise from nearby railway lines. While it did not significantly disrupt my stay, it was noticeable and could be a potential inconvenience for light sleepers.

And let's not forget about the breakfasts - those pastries were to die for! We also loved that there was a small ferry boat nearby, allowing us easy access to the center of the old town. Namur was a hidden gem of a city, and our stay at this hotel made it even better. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

The room at Avou Nozotes was just what I needed! It had a private bathroom with free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a refreshing shower. As a light sleeper, I really appreciated the comfort and convenience of having everything in one place.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bright lighting in the room. But hey, that's just me!
